These Lease-to-Own Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the lease-to-own purchase of domain names from Brand Ape ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By entering into a lease-to-own agreement, you ("Buyer") agree to comply with these terms.
1. Lease-to-Own Agreement
1.1 The Buyer agrees to lease the domain name for an agreed-upon number of monthly instalments.
1.2 Ownership of the domain remains with us until the full payment of the lease term is completed.
1.3 The domain will be held in our registrar account until the final payment is received.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 The Buyer agrees to make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
2.2 Payments must be made via the accepted payment methods specified on Our website.
2.3 If a payment is missed, the Buyer has a 14-day grace period to make the payment.
3. Default and Termination
3.1 If the Buyer fails to make payment within the 14-day grace period, the agreement will be terminated.
3.2 In the event of termination due to non-payment, all previous payments made will be forfeited.
3.3 The domain will remain under our ownership and may be resold or leased to another party.
4. Domain Usage Restrictions
4.1 During the lease period, the Buyer may use the domain, but we reserve the right to restrict access in the event of non-payment or misuse.
4.2 The Buyer may not transfer, sell, or alter the domain's ownership details until the final payment has been completed.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 All payments made under the lease-to-own agreement are non-refundable.
5.2 The Buyer may choose to cancel the agreement at any time, but all payments made will be forfeited.
6. Transfer of Ownership
6.1 Upon receipt of the final payment, we will transfer full ownership of the domain to the Buyer.
6.2 The Buyer must provide correct registrar details for the transfer.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 We are not responsible for any business losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from domain use.
7.2 We do not guarantee domain availability if a lease-to-own agreement is terminated due to non-payment.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the UK.
